People of all abilities welcome. 

Sessions held fortnightly at Goodwood Community Centre, Florence Street, Goodwood. Starting at 10.30am and running for approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours.

Sunday November 13th

Sunday November 27th  (followed by Christmas lunch at local hotel)
