Disability Sport Forum

AAWD conducted a disability sport forum on 10 October 2009 in Melbourne. The aim of the forum was to provide an opportunity for stakeholders to build relationships with other State and National Sporting Organisations for people with a Disability. The agenda included presentations by Matt Miller, CEO of the ASC and Miles Murphy, CEO of the APC, and was well received by participants. One of the outcomes of the forum will be the establishment of a Disability Sports Roundtable, designed to facilitate better communication between stakeholders.
