Lawns Bowls
The 2010 National Multi-Disability Lawn Bowls Championships were held in Darebin Melbourne, Victoria from the 3rd – 7th May. The competition saw players from New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia compete for the titles of Ladies’ Singles Champion, Men’s Singles Champion, Open Pairs Champions and the coveted Overall State Team Trophy.
After a week long competition the winners are:
Ladies’ Singles Champion - Jillian Couples (New South Wales)
Men’s’ Singles Champion - Liam Buckley (South Australia)
Open Pairs Champions - Liam Buckley and David Bailey (South Australia)
Overall State Team Trophy – New South Wales
The Clover – Lester Encouragement Award was awarded to Zachariah Guy (South Australia)
